What began with a quest to capture the trust taste of place this White Origin Ale is the product of a journey by The Malt Donkey team. Over the past decade they have grown 30 barley varieties across 20 locations, completed 100. malting cycles and over 600 test brew recipes, all in search of the perfect combination to create the holy grail of ales, the Grand Cru Ale.
